- 1 can light cream
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla
- large bowl of snow (about 3 quarts)
Blend cream, sugar and vanilla. Stir in enough snow to make snow cream to an ice cream consistency. You can substitute Sweetened condensed milk for the cream.
Another variation is to use Nestles Quik or instant cocoa mix for a chocolate snow cream.
Be sure to use only CLEAN snow, and never use the First snow of the season. The first snow is full of air pollutants. The old saying "Don't Eat Yellow Snow." applies here.
