- 2 cups powdered sugar
- 1/2 cup cream
- 1 cup maple syrup
- 2 cups pecan pieces
Boil first three ingredients until it reaches a soft ball stage. Remove from heat, and beat until a creamy consistency is reached. Add nuts, and drop from tip of spoon in small piles on buttered paper.
