- 4 pork loins, sliced 3/4 inch thick
- 1/3 cup strawberry rhubarb jam
- fresh ground black pepper to taste
Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Place loins in baking dish and coat generously with jam. Add pepper to taste. Bake for 35 minutes. Drain juices and return to oven for 10 minutes. Serve.
