HAWAIIAN GINGER WINGS

  • 5 lb. chicken wings
  • 1 64oz. can pineapple juice
  • 3 cups flour
  • 1 cup brown sugar
  • 3 tbls. crushed ginger
 DIPPING SAUCE
  • 1 cup sweet and sour sauce
  •  2-8 dashes Tabasco sauce to taste

Marinate wings overnight in pineapples juice. Pour flour, brown sugar and ginger in a bag and mix well. Add chicken a shake thoroughly. Deep fry wings in 400 degree oil or bake at 400 degrees until juices run clear. Serve with Sweet and sour/Tabasco sauce.
