AVOCADO SOUP

  • 1 can chicken broth
  • 2 avocados, peeled and cubed
  • 2 tbls. dry sherry
  • 1/2 tsp. kosher salt
  • 1/2 tsp. onion powder
  • 1 pinch dillweed
  • 3/4 cup light cream


Blend all the ingredients except the cream until smooth. Stir in cream. Cover and Chill. Top each serving with sour cream. Serve.
