- 3 tbls. butter
- 6 fresh peaches, peeled and sliced
- 3 tsp. ginger
- 1 tsp. nutmeg
- 6 tbls. brown sugar
Melt butter in medium skillet. Add peaches, ginger and nutmeg. Stir to mix. Cook 4 to 5 minutes over medium heat, or untiul peaches begin to soften. Stir in brown sugar. Cook an additional 3 minutes, stirring constantly until sugar is dissolved. Serve over grilled chicken or pork.
