POTATO SOUP

  • 5 large potatoes, peeled, cubed
  • 1 can Cream of Celery Soup
  • 1 can Cheddar Cheese Soup
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1 large onion, diced
  • salt and pepper, to taste
  • Bacon Bits (optional)

   Cut potatoes into bite sized cubes and add to boiling water (add enough water to cover potatoes). Add salt and pepper to water after it begins to boil. When potatoes are half done, add onion. boil another 15 minutes. Drain. Return to pan and add soup and milk. heat until near boiling. Serve.
    Be sure to breathe the vapors while cooking and eating to help clear sinuses.
