DRUNKEN PEACH PORK TENDERLOINS

  • 6 - 3/4 in. thick pork tenderloin
  • 1/3 cup dried cherries, chopped
  • 1/4 cup green onions, chopped
  • 3 double shots Kentucky Whiskey
  • 1/2 cup peach preserves
  • kosher salt to taste

   Combine cherries, whiskey and onions. Microwave 30 seconds. Stir in peach preserves. Set aside. Preheat grill to medium high. Brush whiskey mixture on each side of pork and grill 10 to 12 minutes turning once. Pour remaining mixture over pork when ready to serve.
